SHIPPING POLICY

At MOTOFIT, every product is crafted specifically for you. This made-to-order approach ensures premium quality while reducing waste and overproduction. Because of this, our shipping process differs from traditional retail models.


1. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are made-to-order and require production time before shipment.

  • Processing Time: 2–7 business days
  • This includes manufacturing, quality checks, and packaging

Please note:

  • Processing times may vary depending on product type, order volume, or seasonal demand
  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended

2. SHIPPING TIMES

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Canada & United States: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Carrier delays
  • Customs processing
  • Weather or external factors beyond our control

3. SHIPPING COSTS

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size
  • Any applicable taxes, duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer

4. ORDER TRACKING

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information
  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear

5. SPLIT SHIPMENTS

As products may be produced in different facilities, your order may arrive in separate packages.
Each shipment will have its own tracking information.


6. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • MOTOFIT is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply

7. LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once an order has been shipped, MOTOFIT is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered”
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.


8. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international orders:

  • Customs fees, import duties, and taxes are not included in your purchase
  • These charges are determined by your local customs authority and must be paid by the customer

9. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Because orders are processed quickly:

  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has begun
