Refund policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At MOTOFIT, every piece is crafted with intention and precision. All of our products are made-to-order, meaning each item is individually produced specifically for you once your order is placed. This approach supports sustainability by eliminating overproduction and excess inventory.

Because of this production model, our return and refund policy is structured as follows:


1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products:

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason, including:
    • Incorrect size selection
    • Change of mind
    • Buyer’s remorse

We strongly encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizing charts, and order details before completing a purchase.

2. DEFECTS, DAMAGES, OR ERRORS

We stand behind the quality of every item we produce.

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or damage, we will make it right.

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide:
    • Order number
    • Clear photos showing the issue
    • Description of the problem

If approved:

  • We will offer a replacement at no additional cost, or
  • A refund, at our discretion

3. NON-QUALIFYING ISSUES

The following are not considered defects and are not eligible for refunds or replacements:

  • Slight variations in color due to screen display differences
  • Minor placement variations inherent to handmade or made-to-order processes
  • Fit or sizing issues (please refer to sizing charts before purchasing)

4. SHIPPING ISSUES

  • MOTOFIT is not responsible for:
    • Lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered”
    • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

If an item is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

5. ORDER MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS

Because production begins shortly after an order is placed:

  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once submitted
